Conference papers and abstracts will be published in ISBN/ISSN designated proceedings. To assure the inclusion of your paper/abstract in the proceedings, please use the following templates to submit your work:

Papers and abstracts submitted in other formats will not be included in the conference proceedings.
All the co-authors of a paper/abstract will be included in the conference proceedings. Only co-authors registered to the conference will receive the Certificate of Presentation. All participants will receive the Certificate of Participation.
All the registered presenters will receive detailed instructions and the time of their presentations and how to organize them two weeks before the conference.

For example: Microsoft announced a €4.3 billion investment in Italy over two years to expand cloud/AI infrastructure, emphasizing the country’s potential as a Mediterranean/Africa-facing hub.
In particular, the city of Rome plays a crucial role in Italy’s and Europe’s AI ecosystem. One of the major infrastructure and institutional initiatives is the Rome Technopole’s AI & Analytics Hub that was designed to serve as a strategic platform for knowledge transfer, training and adoption of AI & analytics by business, institutions and academia. Other innovation ecosystems offer SMEs and public organizations in Rome access to AI, high-performance computing, IoT and advanced digital skills.

Presenters, poster presenters, online presenters, session chairs and listeners will receive an invitation letter to the conference indicating their type of attendance upon registration and payment.
Invitation letters are individual and indicate only the details of the presenters and listeners who register. Invitation letters are issued upon registration and payment. Co-authors may receive invitation letters as presenters upon registration.
