Invitation letters are individual and indicate only the details of the presenters and listeners who register. Invitation letters are issued upon registration and payment. Co-authors may receive invitation letters as presenters upon registration.

All presentations take place via the Zoom Conference platform – a link to the online sessions and instructions will be sent to all participants by email. Please download the conference background file from the link mentioned in the email and change your Zoom background to this file before the conference begins.

Poster presenters are required to bring their own posters to the conference - either rolled up or mounted on a rigid board. We will provide the display settings for your poster.
