Conference papers and abstracts will be published in ISBN/ISSN designated proceedings. To assure the inclusion of your paper/abstract in the proceedings, please use the following templates to submit your work:

Papers and abstracts submitted in other formats will not be included in the conference proceedings.

All the co-authors of a paper/abstract will be included in the conference proceedings. Only co-authors registered to the conference will receive the Certificate of Presentation.

Poster presenters – please submit a short description of your research in a Word/PDF file.

All the registered presenters (physical venue presenters, virtual presenters and poster presenters) will receive detailed instructions regarding the time of their presentations and how to organize them three weeks before the beginning of the conference.

The Business Research and Innovation Conference (BRIC) takes place at the Le Royal Méridien Hotel in Abu Dhabi – Sheikh Khalifa Street – Al Danah – Zone 1.

Le Royal Méridien’s state-of-the-art facilities ensure optimal conditions for academic presentations and discussions, and its refined dining venues facilitate continued scholarly dialogue in more relaxed settings. The hotel is located next to the seaside and the Corniche, which feature a magnificent view.

The venue will serve as our departure point for the Academic Networking Event that is part of the conference and includes a visit to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and to the Abu Dhabi Louvre.

The hotel is located merely 30 minutes from the Abu Dhabi International Airport.

All the presentations of the virtual sessions take place via the Zoom Conference platform.

A link to the online sessions and instructions will be sent to all the participants of the online (virtual) and on-site sessions by email.

Before the conference begins, make sure that the Zoom software is installed on your computer. Please download the conference background file from the link mentioned in the email that will be sent to you before the conference and change your Zoom background to this file before the conference begins.

The virtual session and the online presentations will take place between 15:00 to 19:00 (UAE time zone). All online and on-site participants are welcomed to attend it!

Invitation letters are individual and indicate only the details of the presenters and listeners who register. Invitation letters are issued upon registration and payment. Co-authors may receive invitation letters as presenters upon registration.
